The Staff Relations Committee supports the church staff and helps make sure they have what they need to do their jobs well. This includes helping with communication, working conditions, and yearly evaluations.
They also help connect staff and church leadership. Their goal is to create a positive and respectful environment where staff can serve and do their best work.
